Grupo Érre Expands International Reach with New Balkans Operation

Grupo Érre is taking another decisive step in its international growth strategy with the establishment of Grupo Érre Balkans — a new joint venture launched in partnership with the University for Business and Technology (UBT), one of Kosovo's most respected academic institutions.
Headquartered in Pristina, this new operation marks a significant milestone in the group's global expansion and strengthens its foothold in the Balkans region. Built on a foundation of innovation, talent, and the power of academia-business collaboration, the venture will launch with a team of around 100 IT professionals, combining technical expertise with a multicultural, forward-thinking culture.
The partnership with UBT goes beyond a commercial agreement — it's a commitment to building a collaborative ecosystem focused on talent development, knowledge sharing, and cross-disciplinary skills. For Grupo Érre, it means greater capacity to respond to the demands of an increasingly competitive global market, backed by a pipeline of highly qualified local talent.
In its first phase, the Pristina-based team will focus on cybersecurity projects, with plans to establish a dedicated research and development unit spanning the group's three core areas: Information Technology, Territorial Planning and Environmental Consultancy, and Communication, Marketing and Strategy.
More than just a market entry, Grupo Érre Balkans is a statement of intent. It reflects the group's belief that sustainable growth comes from investing in people, embracing diverse perspectives, and building teams capable of delivering innovative, future-ready solutions on a global scale. The Pristina hub will also serve as a gateway to new strategic markets and open fresh opportunities for business development and international collaboration.
With this new chapter, Grupo Érre doubles down on its ambition for international growth — staying true to its core values of innovation, excellence, and long-term value creation through partnerships that advance both technological development and knowledge transfer.
